Every agency dreams of landing a disrupter brand that boldly takes it to an established industry. For Verve, it was Insify. the insurance for freelancers and other small business owners who enjoy their way of being free – for the beat makers, yoga masters, and health workers. 

Insurance is dominated by age-old underwriters responsible for giving it the unenviable reputation of being bureaucratic, slow, and holding businesses back. Insify asks: Imagine if your insurance doesn’t hold you back. Imagine if it launches you forward with every leap your business takes. 

Steering towards success

The star of Insify’s new identity is the arrow shape – called the “Drive”. A symbol of moving forward, the Drive embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of relentlessly and energetically focusing on what’s next. We focused on making this hero motif modular so that Insify can use it online and offline with equal effectiveness.

This energy spills into the color palette: central to which is a lively traffic light green. This is another encapsulation of positivity, moving forward, and the entrepreneurial drive. Importantly, nobody else in insurance had claimed bright green. Nobody before Insify, that is. To add more richness to the visual identity, we gave them three complementary brand colors to play around with: Risky Red, Protective Purple, and Optimistic Yellow. This bold infusion of fluorescent colors, a humanistic illustration library, and energetic motion explorations form the backbone of their new identity.

The result is a visual language that speaks to you—positive, bold, and dynamic. Not recklessly daring, but confidently distinct. We figured, if you're brave enough to chase your dreams, your insurance company should be brave enough to keep up.

Bringing spirit to life
